First Lady Sheila Mitchell is an ordained Elder and serves as the Lead Intercessor for Kingdom World
Outreach Center. She has faithfully served in ministry for over twenty years, mentoring and training
believers to walk into their divine purpose. She is over the Women’s Ministry where she empowers
women to understand who they are in Christ and their purpose in the Kingdom of God. She also flows in
the ministry of inner healing and deliverance. Elder Sheila Mitchell has been a keynote speaker for
numerous local Women conferences. She and her Husband Senior Pastor Chris A. Mitchell Sr. of
Kingdom World Outreach Center have been married for 36 years, mother of three children all whom
serve in the ministry. A true prophetic intercessor, and author, she is known for her unbridled passion
for the presence of God and fervent commitment to birthing true intimacy in the Body of Christ.
